Gallery rules will be strickly reinforced! (submitted by Shadius at 04:13pm CDT) A few things that everyone in my karazan group need to be aware of: 1. If u fail to show up on the above schedule and hold up the raid due to lack of healers or dps, i will recruit new ppl who can show up more often. I know we all have RL circumstance but it is silly to hold up the entire raid and wait for certain healer or dps or tank to log on, and sometime, i dont even know when will they log on and have to call the raid. So to speed thing up and to get stuff done, raid spot will be going out "first come, first serve". U log on late, u can sit on standby but dont come crying I ditch u out. This is a group things, not individual. I already have some back up healer and dps line up so be there or be square. 2. A few things that happened recently require some new rules to be reinforced. I will start docking "5 dkp minus" if u, in anyway, wipe the raid on trash pulls and bosses. These included: -Pulling unwanted mobs (some nub puller name shadius) -Doing things ur not suppose to or disobey order (like adorek on curator) -Charging in boss (*cough* mantera) These go out to everyone including myself. Saying "im sorry" is no longer an option. We need to get things done and im sure no one want to spend all night in kara wiping on stupid shit. |
